Hi, I'm Claudia!

Born and raised in Namibia, the most beautiful country in the world, I am now living in Germany.
Life is fascinating and through all the rides that were presented to me, I found my true passion and role in this world.
In my main profession as an optician, I always had life in sight, realizing there was more I started the path to bringing joy out into the world. Step by step, I walk alongside wonderful people who dare to step outside their comfort zones and into a world of their hopes and dreams.

I believe with all of my heart that through it all we can still live a happy and satisfying life, even if at this minute it might not look like it. We are the creators of our reality. We can decide how we choose to live it every single minute.

I guide and walk along side those who seek change and are open and ready to start their journey towards a happier life.

Reiki

Energy is everything, and it is a powerful tool for change.
I perform personal Reiki sessions and Reiki distance sessions.

As a yoga teacher, I know how much it can improve well-being. That is why using yoga in a holistic approach brings overall improvement.

Meditation

Stillness gives us a moment to reconnect to what and who we are. Therefore, I love using it as a tool to improve our daily lives.

Courses

With the many changes that the world is bringing I want to create online courses that can reach everyone and not only those around me. Togehter we can create a better future for ourselfs and those that will follow. I want to leave my mark and bring joy and fun out into the world.
